A simpler way to buy a brand new home, and sell your old one, Reserve your new Waterstone Home at an early stage of construction and we will get on with selling your old property, upon reservation we will arrange for an independent professional valuation of your existing property, once a realistic selling price has been agreed, we will work with your estate agent to achieve a sale, once a buyer has been found the sale is progressed to help you move into your new Waterstone Home.
