Part-Exchange*

To help you get into your dream home, as quickly as possible, we will even buy your existing home from you under our part-exchange scheme. Once you’ve chosen your new home, we will arrange a free and independent valuation of your current property. We will then make you an offer which guarantees a smooth sale with the bonus of no estate agent’s fees.

Fairplay Scheme*

Similar to our part-exchange scheme and unique to Waterstone Homes, our Fairplay Scheme is only available at slab level, at the very start of the build. Again, we arrange a free and independent valuation of your existing home by a local agent and make you an offer. If you accept our offer, we will market your home at a slightly higher price for the first 8 weeks. If you achieve a sale at the higher price, we will promise you that full amount upon completion. If it doesn’t sell at the higher price, we will still buy your home at the price we agreed at the outset.  What have you got to lose? A smooth sale of your existing home, no agents fees, a feeling of having “tested the market” and, best of all, a brand new Waterstone home to look forward to – fairplay!
